By accessing or using the ArthSree website at arthsree.in or availing any of our financial services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of ArthSree.

ArthSree is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 330011) and an authorised facilitator for health and term insurance products. Our services include:

• Distribution and advisory support for mutual fund investments (equity, debt, and hybrid funds).
• SIP planning and portfolio guidance tailored to individual financial goals.
• Facilitation of health insurance and term life insurance applications.
• Financial education content via our blog, learn section, and fund insights.

All mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Mutual fund NAVs fluctuate based on market conditions and may result in a loss of principal.
• ArthSree does not guarantee any specific return on investment.
• Investment decisions are ultimately made by you based on your own risk appetite and financial goals.
• You should read all Scheme Information Documents (SID), Key Information Memorandums (KIM), and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) before investing.
• Tax treatment of investments depends on individual circumstances and applicable laws, which may change over time.

To use ArthSree's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India, or a valid NRI as per applicable FEMA and SEBI regulations.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during onboarding and KYC.
• Ensure your PAN, Aadhaar, and bank details submitted to us are valid and belong to you.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm ArthSree or other users.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information during onboarding or KYC.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or client data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our website.
• Impersonate ArthSree or any of its advisors in any communication.

ArthSree operates as a mutual fund distributor and earns commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on investments facilitated through us:

• ArthSree may receive trail commissions or upfront commissions from AMCs on mutual fund investments.
• These commissions are paid by the AMC and are not charged directly to you, the investor.
• Commission structures are as per AMFI and SEBI guidelines and are disclosed in fund documents.
• For insurance products, ArthSree may receive a facilitator fee or commission from the insurer.
• Specific financial planning consultations, if offered as a premium service, will be priced separately and disclosed upfront.

All content on arthsree.in — including text, graphics, logos, fund insights, blog posts, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ArthSree unless otherwise attributed.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Fund data and market information sourced from third parties remains the property of those respective data providers.
• The ArthSree name, logo, and brand identifiers may not be used without prior written consent.

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as AMC portals, insurance company websites, payment gateways, and KYC/KRA services:

• ArthSree is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.
• Transactions completed on third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
• We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — their use is governed by Google's terms.
• WhatsApp communication is facilitated via Meta's platform and is subject to Meta's terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArthSree shall not be liable for:

• Any investment losses arising from mutual fund or insurance products distributed through us.
• Inaccuracies in market data, fund performance figures, or third-party content on our website.
• Interruptions, errors, or downtime of our website or digital services.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
• Decisions made by you based on information from our website without seeking independent financial advice.

ArthSree operates in full compliance with applicable Indian financial regulations:

• AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor — ARN: 330011.
• Compliance with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 and applicable AMFI guidelines.
• IRDAI authorised insurance facilitator for health and term life insurance products.
• KYC compliance through CKYCRR / KRA-registered processes as mandated by SEBI and RBI.

Grievances related to mutual fund transactions can be escalated to AMFI at amfiindia.com or SEBI's SCORES portal at scores.gov.in.

We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have promptly and fairly:

• Step 1 — Contact us at pradeep@arthsree.in or +91 98862 98111. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
• Step 2 — If unresolved within 15 days, you may escalate to the relevant AMC's investor grievance cell.
• Step 3 — For further escalation, approach AMFI or file a complaint on SEBI's SCORES portal.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

ArthSree reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify active clients via email or WhatsApp for significant changes.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
